5D with the same menus, functions, and size
advantages. The 7D also has a more lens flexibility
allowing several EFS lenses, EF lenses and the
lenses from other manufacturers making it a
popular camera as well. The EOS has a slightly
smaller sensor, the main difference but matches
the look & functionality of the 5D. You
can use several non Canon lenses without problems
with a 7D camera as well, compared to the EOS
5D II where communications between non-Canon
lenses becomes an issue. The 7D has also been
used in all types of productions, features among
other purposed messages and can match the 5D
in look, color + capability. There are several
DSLR lenses from other manufacturers aside from
Canon that are just as PAR in optic quality,
engineering standards and other features enabling
